SLOW ROASTED BEEF BRISKET

Our slow roasted brisket is truly ‘The Daddy’ of our menu.

We take a whole brisket massage it with a dry rub marinade and leave it for 24 hours to allow all the flavours to permeate the meat, it’s then cooked low and slow in the Hogroaster for 24 hours until it literally falls apart! The Brisket is presented in a ‘pulled style’ and served in bread rolls or homemade flat breads with an optional freshly prepared side salad, home fries can also be provided. Your carnivorous guests will absolutely love this and its proved a massive hit wherever we’ve served it!!


*WARNING* Our beef brisket can be very addictive!! Please be peppered for your guests requiring more than one portion…
